One of the largest electronics design houses in Eastern Europe will be active in the DACH region from its new location in NRW.
With its 126 experts, Promwad develops software and hardware for areas such as telecommunications, IoT and automotive. The engineering office from Belarus has been on the market since 2004 and is now looking to expand its customer network in the German-speaking DACH region. With the support of NRW.Global Business, Promwad was able to find a suitable location for this project in Essen.
In the long term, the new branch in Essen is to develop into a competence and communications center for the region. Promwad sees great potential for growth: "Our experience shows that companies in the DACH region often lack the technical resources to implement their own and contracted projects. At the same time, they set the bar very high in terms of design quality," reports Alexander Vorobjov, Regional Sales Director at Promwad.
Promwad aims to serve these customer requirements with a comprehensive approach – from research and product design to mass production. In Germany, the service provider already advises companies such as Emcomo AG, LYNX-Technik AG and KONDI GmbH. According to Promwad, around three million people worldwide use devices developed by the engineering firm.
